About CNFX

CNFX is an independent, open directory of Chinese manufacturing capability. It organizes products, industrial components, manufacturing industries, and factory profiles into one structured, searchable reference — so that buyers, engineers, and researchers can understand what is made in China, how it is made, and where production capability exists, before they ever contact a supplier.

The directory currently covers 117 manufacturing industries, more than 7,800+ products, and 7,000+ industrial components, each connected through an industry taxonomy modeled on international classification systems. Every product profile carries technical definitions, working principles, common materials, reference standards, and supply-chain context.

What CNFX is not

CNFX is not a marketplace, a sourcing agent, or a lead-selling platform. We do not take commissions, we do not rank suppliers for payment, and a listing is never an endorsement, certification, or transaction guarantee. The directory exists to make early-stage manufacturing research faster and more honest — the decisions and the due diligence remain yours.

How the directory is built

• Editorial classification. Products and components are organized by a technical taxonomy maintained by the CNFX editorial process, with AI-assisted drafting reviewed against publication rules for identity, depth, and evidence before a page is allowed into search indexes.
• Named public sources. Where profiles reference standards (GB, ISO, DIN, ANSI) or regulatory frameworks, we name them so readers can verify the originals.
• Source-labeled manufacturer records. Manufacturer profiles state whether information comes from a public source, a manufacturer submission, or CNFX technical classification. Records that lack sufficient evidence stay out of search indexing until reviewed.
• Quality gate. Pages that do not meet content-depth and evidence thresholds are excluded from sitemaps and marked noindex — we would rather publish fewer, stronger pages.

Who operates CNFX

CNFX is operated from Singapore. The directory is maintained by two things working together: automated pipelines and editorial judgement. Scheduled jobs rebuild every record each morning, re-check the manufacturer evidence links, regenerate the sitemaps, and hold back any page that fails the publication rules. What the automation does not decide is the part that matters most — the taxonomy, what counts as an acceptable source, whether a manufacturer’s claim on its own website actually supports the record, and which records are allowed into search indexes. Those are editorial decisions.

Editorial responsibility for everything published here sits with the CNFX editorial desk. Corrections, disputes, and takedown requests are read and answered by a person rather than routed into an unattended queue: contact@cnfx.com. Our sourcing rules and review labels are published in full in the editorial policy, so that any record on this site can be checked against the standard it was supposed to meet.

CNFX is not affiliated with, funded by, or acting as an agent for any manufacturer listed here. No manufacturer pays to be included, to rank, or to be labelled verified. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on this page and labelled on the affected records before it takes effect.

How current this directory is

The directory has been compiled continuously since February 2026. Records are rebuilt every day at 06:00 China Standard Time by a scheduled job that refreshes counts, re-checks manufacturer evidence links, and regenerates sitemaps; search-performance and crawl data are ingested hourly. The figures on this page are read from the live database at each rebuild rather than typed in, so they do not drift out of date.

• What is in it right now. 117 manufacturing industries, 7,850 products, 7,007 industrial components, and 2,591 manufacturer profiles.
• How much of it carries evidence. 11,600+ manufacturer–product links are backed by a page on that manufacturer’s own website, covering 1,999 products. Each one shows the wording used on the company’s own site, a link to that page, and the date we checked it.
• What is not verified. Only 26 profiles have completed manufacturer verification. Everything else is compiled from public sources and labelled accordingly — we would rather say so than imply a check we did not perform.
