Browsing a directory record does not create a procurement contract with the listed manufacturer. CNFX may receive enquiries and help identify the relevant contact, but product specifications, prices and purchasing contracts are agreed with the manufacturer. Optional CNFX data-preparation services require a separate agreement on scope and fees.
