We may collect information that you voluntarily submit, including: manufacturer profile information, contact details provided during account creation, information submitted through forms or inquiries. Manufacturers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted information.

b. Automatically Collected Information
When you visit the Site, limited technical data may be collected automatically, such as: IP address, browser type and device information, pages visited and usage patterns. This data is used for basic analytics, security, and performance monitoring.

Information collected by CNFX may be used to: display manufacturer profiles and directory listings, organize manufacturers, products, and industries, improve site structure and usability, maintain platform security and integrity. CNFX does not sell personal data.

CNFX may use automated or AI-assisted tools to: structure submitted manufacturing information, generate summaries or descriptions for clarity, maintain consistent terminology and formatting. AI tools are used to organize information, not to create factual claims. CNFX does not use submitted data to train third-party AI models for unrelated purposes.

Manufacturer profiles published on CNFX are publicly accessible. Information submitted for public profiles should not include confidential, sensitive, or proprietary data. CNFX is not responsible for how third parties use publicly available information.

CNFX uses essential storage for basic site functionality and may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visits, traffic sources, engagement, device information, and site performance. Where required, analytics storage should remain disabled until a visitor grants consent. CNFX does not currently use the site to build behavioral advertising profiles.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to support directory functionality, legal compliance, and operational needs. Manufacturers may request updates or removal of their profiles, subject to review.

CNFX implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

The Site may contain links to external websites. CNFX is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.

CNFX may be accessed globally. By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed in different jurisdictions.

You may update manufacturer profile information, request correction of inaccurate data, request removal of submitted content subject to review, and decline non-essential analytics storage where the consent control is presented. Submit requests through the contact page or email contact@cnfx.com.
