Track Rollers (Bogie Rollers)

Track rollers, also known as bogie rollers, are critical components in crawler undercarriage systems of heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and crawler cranes. They are mounted on the bogie frame and rotate on sealed bearings to support the machine's weight while maintaining proper track chain alignment and tension. These rollers distribute operational loads across the track system, reduce friction between track links and the undercarriage frame, and absorb impacts from uneven terrain.
